Family Visit and Mother's Day Out!

This post is a little late, but I wanted to share some pictures of our weekend (last weekend)...

Joseph's brother and sister-in-law flew in to spend the weekend with us. We had such a great time! Last Monday was also Asa's first Mother's Day out. We both had a good day!  I never updated his 10 Month picture either.....so Enjoy!

On September 11th, We happened to be at our Pinnacle Promenade shopping and noticed they were about to put on a presentation.  We sat outside and enjoyed the amazing weather- it was so fun!

Please stay a little longer "la-la", cause Asa loves you!!

On to the next subject....Mother's Day Out...

Why did I decide to do it?  I think it's great for him to have social skills, along with watching and learning from older kids in his class who are a little more developed. Plus, let's face it, it's nice to go run a few errands while you don't have kids. :)  So, thankfully my sis-in-law, Laura, was with me to experience his first day....

My friend Shannon dropped off her son too, so we had to grab a picture of the brave mom's as we left our boys for four hours.

I'm happy to report that he did GREAT! He even got in a 45 min nap while he was there.  He did get a very bad cold by Wednesday, but (surprise, surprise) we've had a lot to know exactly what works to take care of it!

Community Group Playdate #2

Another FUN playdate with my community group girls and their kiddos!  Asa and I are LOVING this weather and try to be outside everyday!  We went for a walk this morning and took all the kids.  It was so much fun!!  Just thought I would share a couple of pictures from our morning!

We have added a new cosmetic line at Glo, and we are LOVING IT!! We had our first training and mini makeup event yesterday and learned so much. Unfortunately, I was only able to be there for a short time, but I saw one beautiful makeover!

I LOVED this beach tint.  It is a water-proof, smudge proof cheek and lip tint.  I saw her apply it on the cheeks, and it was very smooth and natural, and the color will stay all day!

Oh, and their brushes....are awesome!!

Playdates!

This morning, Asa invited four of his close friends over to play! :)  Ok...and I also enjoyed visiting with my friends too!  We are in the BEST community group, and have been SO blessed with great couples that Joseph and I both love to hang out with.  Five couples, including us, added little ones to the group in the past 10 months.  Asa was born late October, Tucker was in December, Tatum in February, Ellery in March, and Cooper was born in July.  It was so fun being pregnant together, and now we get to have all of our babies play together.  Some of the older ones are getting to the point where they actually "play" with each other.  Asa kindly shared his toy with tucker today, and tucker happily accepted!  Here are a few pictures of our morning:
